“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.” – Buddha
Hello
Hear I come up with one of my new update which is about the mind games. We all are a victims of of our mind. They say that our mind controls us and the day we start controlling our mind is the day you'll be most sorted out people on this planet.
Your mind has a capability to completely drain you out. You get mentally exhausted. There comes a time when you find yourself stagnant. You don't see a ray of hope. How hard you try things go against your will.
Time just simply stops. And you are clueless of what will happen next. This causes panic. So now you're a victim of panic too. Things start getting worst. Even a simple work starts looking like a difficult task. You start loosing hope and confidence in your self. This results in the people who you love starts going away from you. They start looking at you as a useless living being.
The stress increases even more when you have that talent but it does not gets channelised properly. And then you start becoming a irrational person.
When people judge you only based on what you're not good at and simply don't bother to see what you're good at, you start loosing confidence in yourself.
Your mind can be bad to you. Your loss of confidence start reflecting on your face.
But now no more.. Be a controller of your own mind.
Marilu Henner once said, "Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.
At some point you have start controlling your mind or it is going to ruin you from your core. Start playing games with your mind instead of letting it play with you. Gain your confidence back take help of your strong heart and beat your mind. Stop letting people judge you by your weakness and show them efficiently what is the beat in you.
The mind is going to play it's game but it's up to you how to tackle it and be a winner.
